Juicers – Electric or Manual?
Do you need more energy and vitality in your life? Wishing you had some assistance in the weight loss battle? Want some help with the many health issues in your life? The solution to these issues could be as close as your garden or local supermarket. I am talking about using juicers to make use of your produce.
Most people toss away tons of spoiled produce every year. Think of the money you could save by taking all that healthy produce and turning it into a delicious juice full of vitamins and minerals by using a juicer. Juice is low in fat and calories and allows you to get your five daily fruits and vegetables every day. Juice is full of healthy enzymes and amino acids.
There are many juicers available today from a simple and inexpensive manual one to much more elaborate electric ones. Some are made to handle simple soft fruits and some can juice the entire piece of fruit or vegetable.
There are some great manual juicers that require little time to set up and with a few turns of the handle you have great homemade juice. They can range from $25.00 up to $100.00. Some are small so you can even travel with them.
For those who want to be able to juice the entire produce skin and all electric juicers would be ideal. There are many on the market that can turn your garden into a glass full of vitamins. Electric juicers can range from $75.00 up to several hundred depending on what your needs are. They are simple to use and easy to clean. Most are dishwasher safe. Many juicers are so attractive they can sit out on the counter to be used whenever needed.
Manual or electric juicers would be a great addition to any kitchen and will benefit your budget as well as your health.
